The Sharge Icemag 2 power bank is now available to pre-order worldwide. The accessory was revealed several weeks ago, with the brand claiming that it is the first Qi2 power bank with active cooling technology. While many specifications were confirmed at this time, the price was not provided.
Sharge has now announced that the model has an RRP of $69.90/£53.84/€69.90. However, a 15% off voucher code, ICEMAG215, reduces the price to $59.42/£45.77/€59.42; it is unclear how long this deal will last. Though it has the same 10,000mAh capacity, the Icemag 2 has various upgrades over its predecessor. These include a 15W Qi2 certified MagSafe wireless charging pad, double the output of the original Icemag charger. There is also a 30W USB-C charging port, an improvement on the 20W port of the older version. According to Sharge, at 30W you could charge an iPhone 16 Pro Max to 50% in 25 minutes or fully recharge the power bank in 1.5 hours. Other features include an integrated kickstand, charging status indicator LEDs, a low current mode and pass-through charging.
The Sharge Icemag has a similar design to its predecessor with RGB lighting and transparent sections. However, it is smaller, measuring 108 x 70.5 x 9.7 mm (~4.25 x 2.78 x 0.38 inches) and weighins 220g (~0.5 lbs). According to the company’s website, the accessory will ship to customers within 15 working days. For comparison, the original model retails for $59.99/£46.57/€62.99.
