The Xiaomi Ultra Slim Power Bank 5000mAh has arrived on the brand’s global website. The compact accessory is not much bigger than a credit card and is only 10 mm (~0.4 inches) thick. It offers a single USB-C port with various safety protections against problems like overheating.

Xiaomi has listed the Ultra Slim Power Bank 5000mAh on its global website, suggesting an imminent rollout. The company describes the portable accessory as card-like and pocket-sized.

The Ultra Slim Power Bank 5000mAh offers a single USB-C port, allowing you to charge a device at up to 20W. According to the product listing, this would let you charge a Xiaomi 14 to 39% in half an hour. The USB-C port is also used to recharge the power bank at 18W, with a full charge taking 105 minutes. The product uses a 5,000mAh lithium-ion battery with a rated capacity of 2,700mAh and also features a power button and indicator light. On top of this, it is suitable for air travel, and there are nine layers of circuit protection to address issues like overcharging, overheating and short-circuiting.

The power bank has a dark gray finish with a metallic sheen. It is particularly compact, measuring 113 x 53 x 10 mm (4.5 x 2.1 x 0.4 inches) and weighing 93g (~0.2 oz). As a comparison, the Anker 621 Magnetic Portable Charger (MagGo) (curr. $39.99. at Amazon) is 11 mm (~0.45 inches) thick. When and where the Xiaomi Ultra Slim Power Bank 5000mAh will launch and how much it will cost remains unclear.
