Samsung announces pricing for new TVs including 8K Neo QLED models

At the World of Samsung, two Neo QLED 8K TVs were shown: the QN800D and the QN900D. The devices are available in sizes from 65-inch to 98-inch, starting at €4,199 for the QN800D and €5,799 for the QN900D. There are two 4K Neo QLED models in the range, the QN90D and the QN85D, with the 95-inch QN90D costing €13,499. The flagship S95D is a 4K OLED model said to be 20% brighter than older models and has an anti-reflection screen. Available in sizes from 55-inch to 75-inch, the TV will start at €2,799. Alongside this in the range is the S90D, which has a matte rather than anti-reflection screen. While not all prices have been shared for various sizes, we know that the 55-inch model will retail for €2,299. At the lower end of the price range are the QLED Q70D and Q60D, offered in sizes from 43-inch to 85-inch. The cheapest model, the 43-inch Q60D, costs €899. Notable absences at the show were the 4K OLED TV S85D and the 4K Neo QLED TV QN95D. However, it is believed that Samsung still intends to bring these models to the EU market. The 2024 Samsung TVs are expected to be sold in Germany in April. It is unclear whether the models will launch in other EU countries around the same time, with RRPs expected to be somewhat similar.
