Samsung Galaxy S25, S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra: More precise dimensions, three dummies and lots of screen protectors

A few weeks ago, leaker @OnLeaks revealed the expected design of the Galaxy S24 successors (Galaxy S25 | Galaxy S25+ | Galaxy S25 Ultra) based on CAD models. The rough dimensions have also been leaked, but we now have even more precise information thanks to a leaker from the South Korean Naver forum. All dimensions of the three Galaxy S25 models have recently been posted there:

• The Galaxy S25 measures 146.94 x 70.46 x 7.25 mm. At 147.0 x 70.6 x 7.6 mm, the Galaxy S24 is wider and, above all, thicker.
• The Galaxy S25+ measures 158.44 x 75.79 x 7.35 mm. The Galaxy S24+ is also slightly wider and thicker at 158.5 x 75.9 x 7.7 mm.
• The Galaxy S25 Ultra is said to measure 162.82 x 77.65 x 8.25 mm and, compared to the Galaxy S24 Ultra at 162.3 x 79.0 x 8.6 mm, is not only thinner and less wide but also slightly taller.

How the three Galaxy S25 models compare alongside each other is revealed in the pictures below, which show aluminum dummies based on the CAD models, not only flat next to each other but also in direct size comparison from the side. The slightly larger Ultra edition with its rounded corners compared to the Galaxy S24 Ultra is easily recognizable.
