Rumor | Samsung Galaxy S21 FE tipped to be pricier than the Google Pixel 6
Samsung will debut the Galaxy S21 FE at the start of the new year and all essential details of the phone have leaked already. Pricing information has proven elusive, however, although a new leak now attempts to provide insight into the Galaxy S21 FE's pricing.
As reported by Front Tron, the Galaxy S21 FE could debut with an MSRP of US$629. That much will fetch buyers the model with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Supposedly, there'll be an 8 GB option, along with the choice of equipping the phone with 256 GB of storage.
Considering widely available information on the Galaxy S21 FE, it appears Google's Pixel 6 will be its closest rival. That phone has a price tag of US$599 when similarly equipped with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Assuming the information on the Galaxy S21 FE's pricing holds true, that would make it US$30 more expensive than the Pixel 6. On the flip side, it would be US$70 cheaper than last year's Galaxy S20 FE.
It's important to note that this information is unverified and may well turn out to be completely bogus.
