The Kraken V4 Pro is touted to help the user "Feel Every Kill Shot" in FPS-type games despite being a headset. It is one of the latest products to be upgraded with "powerful" Razer Sensa HD Haptics, alongside the Freyja full-chair cushion: a concept we have assessed and found to be surprisingly convincing as of late.
The V4 Pro also boasts a retractable HyperClear Super Wideband mic to go with its versatile 4-in-1 (via headphone jack, USB port, Bluetooth or Razer HyperSpeed Wireless) connectivity and the OLED-screened Control Hub with which it ships.
It still costs $399.99 on razer.com, albeit with some World of Warcraft items such as the Razeshi B. companion as free gifts. Razer is augmenting these perks with access to Sniper Elite: Resistance, a game normally valued at $49.99, "while stocks last".
Alternatively, the Kraken V4 Pro is available by itself on Amazon reduced in price by 8% (or at $369.73) right now.
The headset's key specs are as follows:
- 20Hz to 28kHz frequency range, 40mm drivers
- Bluetooth (AAC, SBC), USB and 3.5 mm
- Weight: 397 g (0.88 lb)
