The Oppo Find N5 launched as a flagship foldable device this year in February. The device succeeded the Oppo Find N3 with major upgrades, including the Snapdragon 8 Elite, a 5600mAh battery in a body measuring just 4.2mm (unfolded). Now, a leak from tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed details about a new flagship foldable, likely the Oppo Find N6.
The tipster suggests it will feature approximately an 8.1-inch inner display and a 6.6-inch outer display, making it identical to the Oppo Find N5's display sizes. However, the Oppo Find N6 is expected to have a major performance boost with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. This is Qualcomm's latest flagship processor, used on phones like the OnePlus 15, iQoo 15, Xiaomi 17, and more. However, it is unclear if the Find N6 will use a slightly tweaked version of the processor since its predecessor featured the 7-core Snapdragon 8 Elite.
In the camera department, the Find N6 is tipped to feature a 50MP Sony LYT808 with a 1/1.4" sensor size. For comparison, the Oppo Find N5 featured a smaller 50MP 1/1.56" LYT-700 sensor. Additionally, the Find N6 may also use a 50MP periscope lens offering nearly 3X optical zoom.
The Oppo Find N6 is expected to feature a battery in the 6,000mAh range, while the tipster suggests the foldable will have a thin and light body. The upcoming foldable may still keep the side-mounted fingerprint sensor, wireless charging, and water resistance, just like its predecessor. The Find N6 may also feature a custom button.
Do note that Oppo has not revealed any details regarding the Find N6 officially. The above information is purely based on a leak and hence should be taken with a pinch of salt.
