Rumor | OPPO Find X6 Pro will launch with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and a MariSilicon X2 co-processor in the first half of 2023

OPPO China's president Liu Bo has reportedly stated that he remains optimistic about the OEM's future and ability to sustain its business as normal, even though the smartphone market in its native country has declined by 11.9% year-on-year for the third quarter of 2022.

To this end, the company still reportedly intends to keep its normal produce schedule going, with the launch of a top-end Find X6 series in the first half of 2023, with at least 1 successor to the inaugural Find N to follow in the second half of the year.

Liu Bo has also indicated that OPPO intends to forge right ahead with the development of its in-house MariSilicon co-processor; therefore, its second generation may debut in the upcoming Find X6 and X6 Pro.

Then again, the executive asserts that the OEM has adapted to market conditions, with the Reno9 Pro and 9 Pro+ that have just launched with specs that make them more sustainable.

They include the debut of 16GB RAM SKUs for the masses, which sets them up to last the user for years; in addition, Liu Bo has now hinted at extended software support for the new series.

OPPO reportedly intends to keep up with new additions to this series going forward nonetheless. All in all, the OEM seems cautiously optimistic about the ability to grow its business for the foreseeable future.
