The Yaber T2 Plus GTV Portable Projector is now available in the US. The original version of the Yaber T2 projector was launched in this market in 2024, with users offered an optional Google TV Projector Dongle.
Yaber’s new T2 Plus GTV has integrated Google TV, removing the need for the dongle. Google TV allows users to stream content from popular apps like Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video. Plus, you can use Google Assistant voice commands or wirelessly screen mirror from an Android or iOS device via Google Chromecast. Alongside the Google TV integration, Yaber says that it has upgraded the motherboard, with the new version offering 2GB RAM and 16GB storage.
The Yaber T2 Plus GTV has a native 1080p resolution, and the fully sealed optical engine is said to deliver up to 450 ANSI lumens brightness. The projector has a 1.51:1 throw ratio for images between 40 and 120 inches wide. The integrated handle doubles as a stand, allowing you to adjust the projection angle, and the image can be quickly perfected with tools like auto focus, auto keystone correction and intelligent screen alignment. The T2 Plus’ built-in battery is said to provide up to 2.5 hours of runtime in Movie Mode, with a full recharge taking 3.5 hours. There are also integrated JBL speakers with support for Dolby Audio, support for Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi 6, and ports like HDMI and USB 2.0.
The portable projector measures 6.5 x 5.51 x 11.42 inches (~165 x 140 x 290 mm) and weighs 5.51 lbs (~2.5 kg).
