Whoop Advanced Labs will start to roll out globally in the near future. This functionality, which is linked to lab test results for a wide range of biomarkers, launched in the US in September 2025.
Now, some Whoop users on Reddit have reported an email from the company stating that Advanced Labs is coming to regions like Europe, the Middle East and Asia in the near future. However, it appears that the functionality will be limited at the beginning. Whoop has confirmed that, to start with, users outside of the US will only be able to upload past lab results to Advanced Labs. These could be for a range of tests, measureming things like vitamin D or cholesterol levels. This feature is set to arrive later in 2025; one Reddit user noted that, when they asked Whoop’s AI assistant about the release, the response mentioned November.
Then, the broader Advanced Labs feature, which includes dedicated tests for 65 biomarkers and clinician-reviewed reports, will roll out across countries worldwide in 2026. These biomarkers cover hormones, heart health, sleep, inflammation, nutrients and cognitive performance, amongst other health metrics. Through the Whoop app, users in the US can currently schedule a test at one of over 2,000 Quest Diagnostics laboratories. It is unclear which providers will be used in other markets. The results are then used to help users improve their health and wellness with suggested daily habits, with users recommended to retest to evaluate their progress.
While the ability to upload previous test results is free of charge, Advanced Lab tests start from $199 in the US, with a discount when you purchase multiple tests. The pricing for other markets has yet to be confirmed. It remains to be seen precisely when the Whoop Advanced Labs upload feature will start rolling out worldwide, and how many waitlist members will gain access from the start. It should be available for users of all Whoop wearables, including the Whoop 5.0 (Life curr. $359.00 at Amazon).
