New Verbatim Charge ‘n’ Go Power Bank 27000mAh coming soon

The Verbatim Charge ‘n’ Go Power Bank 27000 mAh is on the way to Europe. It has a similar design to the Anker Prime 27,650mAh Power Bank (250W) (curr. $179.99 at Amazon), though it appears to be a less powerful accessory.

The Verbatim model has a 27,000 mAh capacity, slightly lower than the Anker model, with the company claiming it could be used to recharge a smartphone six to eight times. Like the Anker accessory, Verbatim’s product has two USB-C ports and one USB-A, allowing you to charge three devices simultaneously. 

The press release reveals that, as with the competitor, this device has a maximum 140W output via USB-C. While this is backed up in an image (below), it is worth noting that the product page conflicts with this, stating that the accessory delivers up to 65W total USB-C output. The USB-A port is capped at 18W, far lower than the 65W power available with the Anker version. The Verbatim power bank has a TFT display, showing the charging status in real-time, and the product comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable. The total combined output when all three ports are used is unconfirmed.

Other specifications, including the charging input and time, and the size of the power bank, also remain unknown. While Verbatim indicates that the new Charge ‘n’ Go Power Bank 27000 mAh will launch soon in Europe, it has yet to announce its price.
