The new Oukitel P1000E Plus is now available in Europe. It’s already listed on Amazon and the manufacturer’s official online store for a discounted launch price of €429, while the regular MSRP is €699. This power station weighs 26.4 lbs and measures 13.6 x 8.9 x 9.4 inches, making the system fairly easy to transport, even on a bicycle.
There are no major limitations when using standard devices, as the rated power is 1,800 watts. The P1000E can also handle short peaks of 3,600 watts, which can be useful when using power tools via one of the four AC outlets. The power station utilizes Lithium Iron Phosphate cells with a total capacity of 1,024Wh, meaning that the battery would last about half an hour when using the full 1,800 watts. Meanwhile, the remaining capacity after 4,000 charging cycles should be 80% or more, but even with full cycle every day, this kind of degradation would take well over a decade.
Moreover, the Oukitel power station offers two USB Type-C ports with USB PD, which max out at 100 and 20 watts, respectively. The two USB Type-A ports can deliver up to 18 watts. The power station itself can be recharged with up to 1,200 watts from a wall outlet, or up to 500 watts via solar. This can be combined for a total of 1,700 watts. Charging via a 12V car connector is also supported. Last but not least, the power station can act as a UPS and switch on in just 10 milliseconds in case of an outage. A smartphone app for controlling and monitoring the P1000E is available as well.
