Motorcycles have already gone electric, but never like this. The YongLE Risheng CG is described as a two-wheeler similar in design to the Honda CG125 - albeit one with its own solar panels.
They are located in a canopy suspended above the CG rider's head, which also sprouts its own wind turbine.
Despite its presence, it is said to contribute to a relatively light weight of 135 kilograms (293lb) in the CG.
The design might not be as convincing as that of the Lightyear 0 or Aptera, yet is apparently backed to work, powering the CG's 1,500 watt (W) motor and 30 amp-hour (Ah) battery to speeds of up to 37 miles per hour (mph) for up to 31 miles (~50 kilometers) at a time.
The motorcycle's battery can also charge by more conventional means, resulting in a range of up to 75 miles.
YongLE Risheng is reportedly an authentic company that will put the CG on sale soon alongside other vehicles powered by renewable energy, although its website raises security red flags with multiple browsers.
