Oukitel introduced the WP39 Pro to its lineup of rugged smartphones not too long ago. This mid-range device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300+ processor with an integrated 5G modem. The SoC is paired with a solid 12 GB of memory and an impressive 512 GB of internal storage, expandable via a memory card. However, users would have to choose between additional storage or a second SIM card, as the phone only has two card slots.
Despite its massive 11,000 mAh battery, the Oukitel WP39 Pro still remains relatively compact and light, measuring 172.2 x 81 x 15.2 mm (6.8 x 3.2 x 0.6 in) and weighing 360 g (12.7 oz). It supports 33-watt fast charging as well as reverse charging, allowing it to power other devices. Its 6.6-inch display offers a resolution of 2,408 x 1,080 pixels and promises a peak brightness of 450 cd/m². Alongside a 64 MP main shooter, a 2 MP macro camera and a 32 MP front-facing camera, the WP39 Pro notably features an 8 MP night-vision camera for low-light photography.
Whilst the WP39 Pro ships with Android 14, users shouldn’t hold their breath for any significant OS updates. True to the phone’s rugged nature, Oukitel claims it meets the requirements of IP68, IP69K and MIL-STD-810H durability standards. Though the device is listed at $349.99, Amazon is currently offering Prime members an exclusive $50 discount.
