LG has unleashed the latest iteration of the relatively affordable B4 class of 4K OLED TVs. It comes in a choice of 3 screen sizes, each of which are rated for 120Hz variable refresh rate (VRR) technology, Wi-Fi 6E and NVIDIA G-SYNC. They also run the latest version of LG's software for TVs with over 300 free channels' worth of channels.

The 2024 B4 series comprise some of the first TVs to come with webOS 24 out of the box, a content-management system that offers access to LG's plethora of free channels as well as apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime

It runs on the up-to-date alpha 8 processor for LG TVs that also powers the B4 variants' AI Picture Pro image quality optimization features. Now, they are poised to join their evo C4 counterparts on Amazon soon.

The new LG OLED TVs have come to the US as 55- (OLED55B4PUA), 65- (OLED65B4PUA), and 75- (OLED77B4PUA) inch SKUs with RRPs of $1,699, $2,199 and $3,399 respectively, whereas the 55-inch C4 had a starting price of $1,999.

Furthermore, LG now lists the OLED55B4PUA with an introductory discount of $200. Nevertheless, the B4s are still 120Hz 4K/UHD units with Wi-Fi 6E, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. They benefit from AMD FreeSync Premium as well as NVIDIA G-SYNC support for gaming with a latency of as little as 0.1 milliseconds.
