LG has hit back at Amazon Prime Day 2024 with its latest promotion - nonetheless, it is a new chance for consumers to finally avail of an excuse to upgrade their home theater set-up with some OLED.
The Black Friday in July event is touted to unlock "the lowest price ever" on the 2024 version of the OLED evo G4 - so long as you want (and can accommodate) the TV's 77-inch SKU (the OLED77G4WUA).
It started at $4,599, but costs $3,999.99 during the sale - although Amazon has rebounded with a slightly better discount to $3,699.99.
Alternatively, the 77-inch version (or OLED77C4PUA) of the evo C4 - another 2024 LG OLED TV albeit with an older processor, downgraded internal audio and lesser Brightness Booster algorithms - is $2,799 (or $899 less its RRP) on either lg.com or Amazon.
LG's Black Friday in July 2024 deals also include a free installation or wall-mounting service, although a buyer will have to buy the mount or stand in question themselves.
