New Cube e-bike launches with 120 Nm Bosch motor, 800 Wh battery, and full commuter kit

The Cube Stereo Hybrid ONE22 SLX 800 FE 2027 is essentially a full-suspension e-mountain bike optimized for everyday utility. The "FE" designation stands for "Fully Equipped," adding front and rear fenders, integrated lighting, a kickstand, and a rear rack out of the box. This setup makes it equally suited for urban rides or bikepacking trips, though the rack is tailored specifically for panniers rather than bulky cargo like crate loads. Notably, it lacks a chain guard. While somewhat over-engineered for purely urban commuting, it seamlessly transitions to off-road trails.
Tipping the scales at 28.3 kg (62.4 lbs), it is certainly on the heavier side. However, that figure remains reasonable for a fully equipped, full-suspension aluminum e-MTB—especially considering the massive 800 Wh battery and powerful Bosch mid-drive unit. Delivering up to 120 Nm of torque, the motor ensures ample assistance on steep climbs. The compact, integrated Bosch Purion 200 display handles basic telemetry and can be paired with a secondary display for navigation.
Drivetrain duties are handled by a 12-speed Shimano XT derailleur system, complemented by hydraulic Shimano disc brakes biting down on 203 mm rotors front and rear. Suspension is managed by Fox, providing 120 mm of travel at the fork alongside a matching rear shock. The Cube Stereo Hybrid ONE22 SLX 800 FE 2027 carries a retail price of €4,399.
