A new iPhone accessory from Anker appears to be on the way: a MagGo SD card reader. The USB-C device seems to offer two slots hidden underneath a case. The accessory is designed to attach to the back of your iPhone magnetically while simultaneously connecting via a built-in USB-C cable.

It is rumored that Anker is developing an SD card reader for iPhone. Several images showing the accessory and further details have been shared on Reddit by reliable tipster u/joshuadwx. According to this source, the product has model number A83D1.

The round USB-C accessory is said to be an Anker MagGo product, magnetically attached to the back of your iPhone. Under the lid of the accessory, there appear to be SD and TF card slots, offering data transfer speeds up to 312 Mbps. The device seems powered by a USB-C input; at the bottom of the accessory is an integrated USB-C cable, which allows it to connect to your phone. It has been suggested that the device will weigh around 150g (~5.3 oz) and be available in three colors: white, gray and green.

Anker has not officially announced the device, and it is unclear when this MagGo nano USB-C adapter could launch. According to u/joshuadwx, it could land at Amazon US “later this summer”, with a retail price of between $30 and $40. In other news, Anker has also recently released a new MagGo iPhone Case with stand and silicone ring in various markets worldwide.
