Reviews for the Motorola Moto G60s

80.9% Motorola Moto G60s review: Budget mid-range smartphone with 50-watt fast charging and a 120 Hz display | Notebookcheck
With a 120 Hz refresh rate, a "gaming SoC", IP rating, and a 5,000 mAh battery including fast 50-watt TurboPower charging, the Moto G60s appears to be an interesting budget mid-range phone on paper. Read on to find out how the Moto smartphone performs in the test and whether it's worth a buy.
70% Moto G60s review

The Moto G60s hardly reinvents the wheel with regards to Motorola phones, but it does impress in several key areas. Battery life from the 5000mAh cell is solid, while the 50W adapter in the box makes charging a breeze. The software experience is excellent (despite being based on Android 11) I really enjoyed using the 120Hz display. However, there are other key pillars of a great phone where the Moto G60s doesn’t quite hit the mark. Performance isn’t great for anything more than basic usage and the cameras are unreliable. With no 5G and a rather cheap build, you’ll have to be content with plenty of compromises. That’s to be expected at this price point to some extent, but several other budget phones deliver more of what the average person is looking for. As such, it’s difficult to recommend the G60s unless you’re only considering Motorola handsets.

70% Moto G60S review

The Moto G60S is an affordable Android phone with a big screen and 4G mobile internet. If you want 5G, move on. However, at the time of release you tend to have to put up with compromises elsewhere if you want 5G on a budget. The Moto G60S avoids most of these. It has a very large, sharp screen, a capable chipset and lots of storage, at 128GB. We are also big fans of its charger, which gets you to 76% in a half-hour and is pretty much the only charger you need for your mobile devices, as it has both USB-A and USB-C slots. The Motorola Moto G60S is very much a generalist, though, and is perhaps not the most exciting Android you can buy for around its cost of $290 / £219 / AU$329. Its gaming performance is solid, but certainly not the best you can get at this level. Similarly, while the Moto G60S's camera can produce good results, its slightly lazy HDR processing often leaves you with dull-looking images.

91% Motorola Moto G60s review — Big budget phone with super fast charging
Source: Root Nation English
Motorola released another decent budget smartphone. The device is large, heavy and thick, but it has a 5000mAh battery and a 6.8-inch screen with excellent color reproduction and 120Hz refresh rate. Don't forget about fast 50 W charging (compatible power supply included). The Moto G60s is also worth praising for its 3.5mm minijack, microSD card slot, clean and well-optimized Android.

80% Motorola Moto G60s review: Solid with a capital S
Source: Phone Arena English
The Motorola G60s does a lot of things right, and won’t leave you crying over your empty wallet. It’s one of the cheapest phones to feature a 120Hz refresh rate display, and even though it’s of the LCD variety, the screen is bright, crisp, and impressively color-accurate. Yes, the phone has a plastic unibody but also sports a nice texture on the back that not only looks cool but keeps fingerprints at bay. The Moto G60s is relatively light for its size, and the battery life is amazing in day-to-day use. Plus you get a huge 50W fast charger in the retail box.

Motorola Moto G60s Review, Pros and Cons
Source: OI Spice Tech News English
Packed with good features, the Motorola Moto G60s smartphone loses value when it comes to faster performance. With a less standard chipset and storage capacity constraint, gamers should stay away from the Moto G60s phone. Also, the absence of 5G support makes this phone a confusing choice. Expectations were higher, but this phone couldn’t meet that. It is difficult to imagine how the company could come up with a phone like that when they’ve released a better one on a low budget. If you are looking for an alternative option, it is recommended that you check out the Mi 11X 5G smartphone with better specs or you can check out our budget 5G smartphones section to explore more.

ARM Mali-G76 MP4: Integrated graphics card based on the second generation of the Bifrost architecture. Uses 4 of the 20 possible clusters and according to ARM offers twice the performance per cluster than the old Mali-G72.

Non demanding games should be playable with these graphics cards.

Helio G95: ARM based octa-core SoC with 2x big ARM Cortex-A76 cores and 6x small and power efficient ARM Cortex-A55 cores. All clocked up to 2.05 GHz. Integrates a Cat-12 LTE Modem (4G) and a ARM Mali-G76 graphics card clocked at 900 MHz (+100 MHz versus the identical G90T).» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.

6.80":

Only a few smartphones have larger screens.
Large display-sizes allow higher resolutions. So, details like letters are bigger. On the other hand, the power consumption is lower with small screen diagonals and the devices are smaller, more lightweight and cheaper.

0.212 kg:

This weight is typical for smartphones.

Motorola: The original company Motorola Inc was split in 2011. Motorola Mobility got the smartphone range and was taken over by Google in 2012 and by Lenovo in 2014. The Motorola smartphone brand continues for the time being. There are still a lot of reviews on Motorola Mobiles with average ratings.

77.86%: This rating is not convincing. The laptop is evaluated below average, this is not really a recommendation for purchase.
