Reviews for the Oukitel WP17
Generally speaking, for the new model of the rugged smartphone Oukitel WP17, I liked it. Namely, its design and how it positions itself on the mobile device market. That is, given that the WP17 model is rugged, it does not look like a smartphone that cannot be killed. Since a glossy protective glass flaunts on the back of the device. This is not the most familiar stuff in the rugged smartphone category. At the same time, the tests for strength, the smartphone went well and left only positive impressions. Also one of the advantages I can highlight is the presence of a large screen with a 90 Hz refresh rate. I was also pleased with the high battery life, decent performance and many other factors. Of the minuses, I can single out this incomprehensible 20MP night camera. Perhaps I misunderstood how to use it, but in the dark, the photos turned out to be just black and white. It is also worth understanding that this is a large and heavy smartphone, so using it after a regular device will be a little uncommon.

Only a few smartphones have larger screens.
Large display-sizes allow higher resolutions. So, details like letters are bigger. On the other hand, the power consumption is lower with small screen diagonals and the devices are smaller, more lightweight and cheaper.
This is pretty heavy for a smartphone. Usually, small tablets weigh as much.
So far, the Chinese smartphone brand has been quite unknown outside of China. There are only a few reviews and the ratings are below average (as of 2016).
