Mangmi Air Y series: pricing and availability details announced

Weeks after it first revealed its first vertical handhelds, Mangmi has now announced when the Air Y series will be available and how much the devices will cost. The announcement comes a day after Ayaneo also revealed the pricing and availability details of its new Android-powered handheld.
Mangmi Air Y and Air Y Pro pricing and availability
The Mangmi Air Y series includes the Air Y and the Air Y Pro. As previously reported, the Air Y is the less-powerful model of the two, so it is no surprise it is also the cheaper one. According to Mangmi, the Air Y will cost $89.99 when it becomes available on August 12 at 7 PM PDT. However, this is the introductory price for early birds, as the final retail price after three days is $94.99.
On the other hand, the Mangmi Air Y Pro, which will be available in two configurations will have an early bird price of $145.99 for the 4GB + 64GB RAM version and $175.99 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB version.
After three days (starting on August 15), the 4GB RAM version will settle at its final retail price of $159.99 while the 8GB RAM version will sell for $189.99. The Air Y Pro is scheduled to be available to buy at the same time and date as the Air Y Pro. Both handhelds will be available in Black and Retro colors and will ship with a USB-C cable as the only accessory in the box.
When compared to rivals such as TrimUI's Brick Pro and Brick Hammer Pro U vertical handhelds which cost $99.99 and $293.99 respectively, Mangmi's Air Y and Air Y Pro are not only cheaper, but have significantly better specifications.
