Reviews for the Lenovo Yoga 7 14 2in1 G10
Lenovo has equipped its 10th-generation Yoga 7 2in1 with a Lunar Lake processor and a new 2.8K OLED panel, which, in addition to a refresh rate of 120 Hz, should now also achieve a significantly higher brightness of 1,000 nits. However, one known problem remains.

If you're buying a midrange laptop and like the promise of versatility from a convertible, this is the one to get. We also said last year's model was the best midranger, and it's made better by the OLED being the only available configuration in the U.S. Elsewhere, you should still skip the IPS panel (it's not good), but you could go for the 2.8K OLED if you want higher resolution and a faster refresh rate. Lenovo's pricing is constantly shifting, but as tested, you can get this laptop for under $930 directly from the manufacturer, an even better value than last year's model. How often can you say that the new thing is cheaper than the old one, especially during economic uncertainty? You'll want the AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 variant; the 340 version has a weaker GPU and is overall slower, but they have the same typing feel and a touchpad that feels like it's glass (it's not) and nails the basics that anyone could ask from a midrange device.

The Lenovo Yoga 7i 2-in-1 (14″, Gen 10) is a masterclass in blending sophisticated style with impressive functionality. Our “Seashell” review unit, adorned with a delightful silicone vegan leather lid, is genuinely stunning and feels incredibly premium, with an aluminum chassis that’s both solid and impressively fingerprint-resistant. Its svelte, lightweight design, coupled with a robust 360-degree hinge, makes it a highly versatile and portable companion, effortlessly transitioning between laptop, tablet, and presentation modes. The inclusion of a Lenovo Yoga Pen and, in our case, a sleeve and mouse, adds immediate value and utility right out of the box. The star of the show, particularly on our test unit, is the 14-inch 2.8K 120Hz OLED touchscreen.

My version of the Lenovo Yoga 7i 2-in-1 can be bought from Best Buy for $1,200. If you're looking to save money, Lenovo is selling a lower-spec model for $900 on its official website. I would recommend either configuration to anyone looking for a big-screen work laptop. If you want something smaller, the Dell 14 Plus is the way to go.

Intel Arc 140V: A pretty fast integrated graphics adapter that higher-end Intel Lunar Lake family processors employ. This is a direct successor to the Arc 8; it can drive three SUHD 4320p monitors simultaneously via HDMI 2.1, eDP 1.5 and DP 2.1. With the 140V, all 2023 and 2024 games are playable at 1080p on low graphics settings.
Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.

Core Ultra 7 258V: An upper mid-range Lunar Lake family processor. It sports 4 new Skymont E-cores and 4 new Lion Cove P-cores running at up to 3.7 GHz and 4.8 GHz respectively, along with the new Arc 140V iGPU and 32 GB of on-package LPDDR5x-8533 RAM. It essentially matches the Core Ultra 7 165U and Core i7-1360P in multi-thread performance and it eats up to 37 W when under short-term workloads.» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.
