Reviews for the Asus VivoBook 14 Flip TP3407SA

72% Asus Vivobook 14 Flip (TP3407) review: Beautiful screen, light PC
Source: Gadgetguy English
I’m not entirely sure. If you ignore the graphical power limitations, it’s a beautiful PC with an impressive battery life. But for $2,800 I’m struggling to think of who can justify that price when most of that price is going to the screen. I can understand paying extra for a beautiful screen if doing a lot of graphics-heavy tasks or playing games, but I don’t get it in a laptop that isn’t designed for those tasks. This would suit someone who wants a laptop with a long battery life and beautiful screen, and is willing to buy the stylus separately, but doesn’t want to do any tasks that require too much graphics power. That’s a pretty specific person. But if that person is you, then you’re in for a treat.

80% Asus Vivobook 14 Flip Review: A balanced 2-in-1 laptop with powerful performance
Source: The Times of India English
Now, who should buy the Asus Vivobook 14 Flip? Well, the laptop is amazing for entertainment purposes, if you rely on a bigger screen to consume content. Additionally, it is a convertible laptop, So, it can also be used as a tablet with the Asus Pen 2,0. The laptop manages heavy work and multitasking with ease, making it fit for productivity purposes. Therefore, under Rs. 1 lakh the Asus Vivobook 14 Flip is a great laptop for everyday usage and productivity. Furthermore, it can also manage light gaming, therefore if you are a casual gamer, then it should not disappoint.

80% ASUS Vivobook 14 Flip Review: Insane battery life, beautiful display!
Source: 91mobiles English
The ASUS Vivobook 14 Flip is a great machine for everyday productivity and portability and has excellent battery life. The OLED display is stunning, and it has adequate connectivity options for daily use. The 2-in-1 form factor makes it easy to consume content, especially when lying on a bed, without worrying about blocking the intake vents for thermal management. While the device has a stylus, I will let more capable designers judge that aspect. What it lacks is that the display can get very reflective under direct sunlight, and the touchpad could have some markings for the ASUS Smart Gestures. The Intel Core Ultra 7-256V powering this laptop lacks pure synthetic CPU numbers compared to the AMD Ryzen 9-HX 370 available on similarly priced laptops.

80% Asus Vivobook 14 Flip review: A relatively affordable 2-in-1 laptop that balances work and play well
Source: India Today English
The Asus Vivobook 14 Flip is one of those laptops that just works. For Rs 96,990 (Ultra 5 version) or Rs 1,11,990 (Ultra 7 version, which I tested), it’s a great all-rounder that balances work and play effortlessly. The OLED display is gorgeous — whether you’re binge-watching Netflix or editing photos, the colours pop, and the details shine. The keyboard and trackpad are a joy to use, and the performance handles everyday tasks with ease. Even light gaming is doable, which is a nice bonus. That said, it’s not perfect. The AI features, while promising, feel a bit half-baked right now. The Copilot key didn’t add much to my workflow, and the full potential of the NPU is still waiting to be unlocked.

80% Asus Vivobook 14 Flip (2025) Review: A Versatile 2-in-1 Laptop
Source: NDTV Gadgets English
To conclude, the Asus Vivobook 14 Flip is a good attempt by the company to provide a practical 2-in-1 to the customers. The laptop offers a premium design that is also durable. The display is vibrant and offers rich colours. The performance is top-notch, and the dedicated NPU makes it future proof. So, if you are looking for a 2-in-1 laptop for productivity and some light gaming and your budget is under Rs. 1 lakh, then consider this model.

The ASUS Vivobook 14 Flip is powerful, versatile, and offers everything—and more—that one expects from a modern thin-and-light PC. This makes it an excellent choice for anyone looking for a laptop under Rs 1,00,000.

Intel Arc 140V: A pretty fast integrated graphics adapter that higher-end Intel Lunar Lake family processors employ. This is a direct successor to the Arc 8; it can drive three SUHD 4320p monitors simultaneously via HDMI 2.1, eDP 1.5 and DP 2.1. With the 140V, all 2023 and 2024 games are playable at 1080p on low graphics settings.

Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.

Core Ultra 7 256V: An upper mid-range Lunar Lake family processor. It sports 4 new Skymont E-cores and 4 new Lion Cove P-cores running at up to 3.7 GHz and 4.8 GHz respectively, along with the new Arc 140V iGPU and 16 GB of on-package LPDDR5x-8533 RAM. It essentially matches the Core Ultra 7 165U and Core i7-1360P in multi-thread performance and it eats up to 37 W when under short-term workloads.» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.

There are hardly any tablets in this display size range anymore. For subnotebooks, on the other hand, it is the standard format.

The advantage of subnotebooks is that the entire laptop can be small and therefore easily portable. The smaller display also has the advantage of requiring less power, which further improves battery life and thus mobility. The disadvantage is that reading texts is more strenuous on the eyes. High resolutions are more likely to be found in standard laptops.

Beyond gaming, a wide range of notebooks are offered for different needs and budgets, from ultra-slim and lightweight ultrabooks to versatile 2-in-1 convertibles and budget-friendly options. In 2023, Asus had a 7% global market share of the PC market.

Customer satisfaction with ASUS notebooks concerns performance, the features, and the good price-performance ratio of ASUS notebooks. However, as with any brand, there are occasional reports of problems such as overheating, driver compatibility, or build quality issues.

78.67%: This rating is not earth-shattering. This rating must actually be seen as average, since there are about as many devices with worse ratings as better ones. A purchase recommendation can only be seen with a lot of goodwill, unless it is about websites that generally rate strictly.
