Lenovo ThinkPad T14s, X13, L14, L15 & T15 are now available in the US – with Intel Comet Lake

The 2020 ThinkPads have arrived: Three months after their initial announcement in February, Lenovo has finally managed to push out its mainstream business laptops, which are the ThinkPad T, ThinkPad L and ThinkPad X series. ThinkPad T14s, ThinkPad T15, ThinkPad X13, ThinkPad L14 and ThinkPad L15 are listed and orderable through Lenovo's US-site now.

Of course, there is still some work to do for Lenovo, as not all models and variations are available yet. For example, customers still have to wait before they can order the ThinkPad X13 Yoga or the regular ThinkPad T14. Also, only the Intel Comet Lake variants of the T/X/L series are available. The ThinkPad laptops with AMD Ryzen 4000 will be available slightly later, as Lenovo has announced them for availability in June.

Regarding the Intel models, customers have to pay a pretty penny right at the moment to order a new 2020 ThinkPad laptop. Most expensive at the moment is the ThinkPad T14s, which costs at least $1,939, followed by the ThinkPad X13 for $1,909 and the T15 for $1,799. The L series is much more affordable: The ThinkPad L14 starts at $1,389 and the ThinkPad L15 has a base price of $989.

Typically, ThinkPads are very expensive for the first few weeks of availability, until some discounts set in. Waiting a little longer can save buyers a lot of money in this case.
