Lenovo is doing a special promotion for the 2022 ThinkBook 13x Gen 2 Intel-powered business notebook. This model is now 61% off, bringing its price down to just US$745.

The configuration features an i5-1235U Aleder Lake processor with 2 performance cores and 8 efficiency cores for a total of 12 threads boosting up to 4.4 GHz plus an Iris Xe iGPU with 80 EUs. The RAM is not upgradeable, but 16 GB of LPDDR5-4800 is more than enough for this model’s use cases. There is also a 512 GB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD.

Even though the display area is limited to 13.3 inches, Lenovo includes a bright IPS panel with 2560 x 1600 resolution, 400 nit peak luminance and 100% sRGB color gamut. Internet connectivity is facilitated through a Wi-Fi 6E + BT 5.1 card and a 56 Wh battery rounds out the hardware specs.

As far as portability goes, the notebook weighs 2.67 lbs (1.2 kg) and has a 0.5-inch (12.9 mm) profile. On the software side, Lenovo throws in a Windows 11 Pro license and an AI Meeting Manager that can translate voice streams into on-screen text in 14 supported languages and also enables webcam post processing features.
