The Lenovo IdeaPad Pro 5 (14″, Gen 10) is a textbook example of how to make a premium-feeling laptop without an astronomical price tag. It combines a sleek, all-aluminium chassis with a fantastic OLED display and surprisingly robust performance, creating a package that punches well above its weight class. It’s a versatile machine that feels equally at home in a boardroom, a coffee shop, or a creative studio. While it makes a few concessions to hit its price point, particularly with its glossy screen and soldered RAM, the core experience is so strong and well-rounded that these flaws are easy to overlook. It’s one of the most compelling all-rounders in the 14-inch market.

AMD Radeon 840M: A fairly powerful RDNA 3.5 architecture iGPU that debuted in early 2025 and a direct successor to the Radeon 760M. Its 8 CUs/WGPs (512 unified shaders) run at up to 3 GHz. DX12 Ultimate, ray tracing, AI image generation and other modern features are all supported here, as are many popular video codecs including first and foremost AVC, HEVC, VP9 and AV1. Its gaming performance is good enough for playing 2024 games in low graphics settings.
Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.
