Leaked Infinix XPAD tablet renders and specs reveal MediaTek G99 Ultimate SoC, 90Hz display and 7,000mAh battery
Hong-Kong based Infinix is gearing up to launch its XPAD tablet - its very first tablet, which will likely compete with other mid-range tablets such as the Lenovo Tab Plus (which scored an overall 78% in our review). The tablet name and model number (X1101B) were first leaked back in June 2024, and now, we have our first look at the specs and the tablet design.
Leaks state that the XPAD is expected to feature an 11-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It'll be powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 Ultimate 4G chipset, comprising of 2x big ARM Cortex-A76 cores with up to 2.2 GHz and 6x small and power efficient ARM Cortex-A55 cores. It has very similar specs to the Dimensity 7020 chip, powering the recently leaked Infinix Note 40s.
The tablet will reportedly be equipped with 4GB of RAM and 256GB of expandable storage (up to 1TB). There will be a dual rear camera setup on the XPAD, including a 12MP primary sensor and an 8MP secondary shooter. An 8MP front camera is available for video calls and selfies.
The XPAD runs on Android 14 with Infinix's custom XOS skin and will likely pack a 7000mAh battery. While specific charging details are yet to be confirmed, it is expected to support standard charging speeds. Infinix has opted for a Wi-Fi only model for the XPAD. The device will launch in three color options: blue, grey, and gold.
More details regarding pricing and availability are expected to be announced closer to the launch date.
