Leak: Xiaomi Poco F9 Ultra appears on Geekbench confirming its chipset

Leaks around the unreleased Poco F9 Pro and Poco F9 Ultra have picked up over the past week, and the latest is a Geekbench 7 listing reportedly tied to the F9 Ultra. The listing shows a single-core score of 2,980 and a multi-core score of 10,030.
The benchmarked unit runs on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset paired with 16GB of RAM, though other memory configurations are expected at launch. The listing shows Android 16 running on the device. If the Poco F9 Ultra launches in the coming weeks as leaks suggest, it may ship with Android 16 out of the box despite Android 17 already being available, continuing a pattern where Xiaomi and its sub-brands, including Poco, have been slow to adopt new Android versions on launch-day units.
The Poco F9 Ultra has been rumored to be a rebranded version of the Redmi K100 Pro Max, with a smaller 8,050mAh battery as the main difference. The rest of the specifications are expected to carry over, including a 6.9-inch AMOLED display at 1200x2608 resolution with a 185Hz refresh rate and 4,500 nits of peak brightness.
The camera system is expected to include a 200MP main sensor with optical image stabilization, a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with optical image stabilization and 5x optical zoom, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and a 32MP selfie camera. Xiaomi has not confirmed a release date, pricing, or final specifications for either the Poco F9 Pro or Poco F9 Ultra.
