LG has introduced its latest PuriCare AeroHit Air Purifier in the global market. The company’s new air purifier is suitable for rooms up to 365 ft² (~34 m²), with a clean air delivery rate (CADR) of 250 cfm (~424.7 m³/h). The brand has incorporated its in-house Aero Series HEPA H13 filter with a multi-layer 360° filtration system, and LG claims that it effectively reduces dust particles, odors, viruses, and other airborne pollutants while delivering fresher air at home.
The device has a built-in Particulate Matter (PM) 1.0 sensor to detect ultrafine dust particles down to 0.01 micrometers and provide real-time air quality updates. It also has sensors that measure indoor temperature and humidity and automatically adjust its purification performance to maintain optimal indoor conditions.
The AeroHit offers five air purification steps: auto, low, medium, high, and turbo. It’s pretty quiet too, running at just 25 dB when in sleep mode. Furthermore, the air purifier features an LED screen that displays real-time air-quality updates and device status. Dimensionally, it measures 240 x 500 x 240 mm (~9.44 x 19.6 x 9.44 inches) and weighs 4.2 kg (~9.2 lbs).
You can tweak the air purifier’s settings via LG’s ThinQ companion app and also easily monitor its performance from anywhere, anytime. Speaking of pricing and availability, the LG PuriCare AeroHit Air Purifier starts at 5,920,000 VND (~$234) and is currently available in Vietnam via LG’s official website. However, there are no exact availability dates for the US, UK, and European markets, but it’s expected LG will roll out the Puricare AeroHit Air Purifier in other markets soon.
