A new website has surfaced that could be the first teaser for Black Ops 6. The site is called thetruthlies.com and looks rather mysterious at first. You can see a retro TV that is designed like a surveillance monitor and appears to show footage from an action cam.
The video shows unknown agents entering a federal compound at night, which later turns out to be Mount Rushmore. Under the cover of darkness, the agents deface a monument and film from a distance as their work is unveiled. The faces of Mount Rushmore are covered with banners reading "The Truth lies". Another banner shows a wolf symbol, which was recently used to announce the upcoming Xbox showcase.
On channel 2, there is another video showing someone putting up a poster with the words "The Truth lies" on a wall. Channel 6 features a news report showing "The Truth lies" graffiti on various monumental landmarks such as the Brandenburg Gate, the Washington Monument and the Statue of Liberty in Paris. Three channels are still free. It can therefore be assumed that more teasers will follow.
In the Reddit community the supposed COD 6 teasers have been well received. Many fans are hoping that the game will be just as good as the marketing. The unveiling is expected to take place on June 9, 2024 following the Xbox Showcase. However, there has been no official announcement from Activision. So far, it is not even known whether the game will even be called Black Ops 6.
