Microsoft has made a grand reveal of laptops running on ARM chips. While the company has promised a lot of improvements, the question of how well Windows games run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon X series processors wasn’t quite delved deep into. Well, for those looking for info on it, there’s the website WorksOnWoA.com, which has already 1,481 titles tested.

Qualcomm's Snapdragon X series is now powering a wave of new laptops. The new ARM chipsets promise a lot in terms of Windows experience. Now, while we've already seen these systems running some titles, such as Baldur's Gate 3 and Control, there are many others that gamers have questions about.

Well, Microsoft and Qualcomm have unveiled a new website to answer those queries. Accessible at WorksOnWoA.com, the website currently has a long list of 1,481 tested games. You can search for the Windows game you want info on and see whether it falls into the "Perfect," "Playable," "Runs," or "Unplayable" categories.

According to Linaro and the ARM engineering group behind the website, "Perfect" means that the Windows game runs at 60+ FPS at 1080p resolution without any glitches or issues. "Playable" means that the title can run at 30+ FPS at 1080p resolution, but there could be minimal glitches or problems.

When it comes to "Runs," it means that the Windows game will run on the Snapdragon X system, but there could be bugs that will affect the gaming experience. "Unplayable," on the other hand, states that the title will not run due to "anti-cheat or other failures."

As of now, the website lists 19 games that are unplayable on Snapdragon X Windows machines. These include PUBG, Fortnite, and Roblox, which are also known to run into issues on other systems such as Steam Deck (available on Amazon). The good part is that there are 747 games that are categorized as "Perfect," with 503 in "Playable."

Worth noting that Linaro mentions that the information on the website is there to "serve as a guide," but it does "guarantee" that a Windows game will run on an ARM-powered machine. While the results have been tested, you may not get the same on "your specific machine and configuration."

Another thing that's worth mentioning is that the website doesn't specify the graphics settings used to test the games on ARM Windows machines. It's possible that almost all of them were tested at low settings.
