MagyarIKEA JETSTRÖM LED smart wall light panel now available
IKEA has launched the JETSTRÖM LED wall light panel in Europe. The smart light is dimmable and can produce white or colored light, which the company suggests can help you to set the mood in your home. A ceiling light version of the JETSTRÖM arrived earlier this year.
The JETSTRÖM LED wall light panel has a peak brightness of 1,150 lumens with a color temperature range between 4,000K (cool white) and 1,780K (warm candlelight). Plus, IKEA lists the colored light options as Warm amber, Dark peach, Pink, Light purple, and Light blue. With a DIRIGERA hub, you can adjust the lighting in the IKEA Home smart app, where you can also find integrations with Amazon Alexa, Apple Home and Google Home for voice controls. Alternatively, you can use a remote control, sold separately, to control up to ten smart lights simultaneously.
The square LED panel is white and measures 30 x 30 cm (~12 x 12 inches). The product must be wired into your home, though wireless dimming is possible. You can buy the IKEA JETSTRÖM LED wall light panel in Spain for €49.99, in the Netherlands, France and Italy for €39.99, in the UK for £35.00 and in Sweden for 499 kr. Whether or when the smart light will launch in North America remains unclear.
