IFA announces a return to Berlin in September 2022
The IFA tech trade show is now set to return to an in-person format set in its traditional Berlin venue in 2022. The conference will take place at the start of September of this year. Its organizers are celebrating this announcement with early-bird prices on its tickets, although they are for only one of five of the event's scheduled days.
The IFA international consumer electronics show is now officially slated to resume its habitual Messegelände Berlin ExpoCenter City location this year. This "most inspiring global tech event" is now scheduled to run from September 2 to 6, 2022, with tickets now starting at €35.
However, this price is a special early bird offer that only admits the buyer to the IFA event on 1 of these days. Otherwise, they will cost up to €97 for a full 5-day pass, available from June 1, 2022. The full gamut of prototypes, devices and booths available to visit over all that time remains a mystery at present, although the IFA group asserts that about two-thirds of its typical exhibitor cohort has signed up to be a part of IFA 2022 thus far.
The event's layout has been outlined in advance, revealing that specific "Areas" for categories such as telecommunications, mobile devices and components will be located at 1 end of the floor, with those for others such as TVs, audio and imaging at the other, while computing and gaming occupies a space toward the top and center.

I became a professional writer and editor shortly after graduation. My degrees are in biomedical sciences; however, they led to some experience in the biotech area, which convinced me of its potential to revolutionize our health, environment and lives in general. This developed into an all-consuming interest in more aspects of tech over time: I can never write enough on the latest electronics, gadgets and innovations. My other interests include imaging, astronomy, and streaming all the things. Oh, and coffee.
