The wait for a better software boost for Xiaomi's most premium mobile flagship from last year, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, is finally approaching its end. Reliable reports confirm that the HyperOS 3 update for the Xiaomi 14 Ultra global version is complete and ready for rollout.
According to tech tipster Erencan Yılmaz, the long-awaited software update, based on Android 16, has finished its stable testing phase for the global market. The final software version reportedly has the build number OS3.0.1.0.WNAMIXM. This specific build number, ending in “MIXM,” confirms the software is the stable release destined for the global region.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra: HyperOS 3 global rollout may happen at November end
The final rollout to global devices should occur by the end of November, the report suggests. Those enrolled in the Mi Pilot program should be the first to receive it.
What can users expect from the upgrade? The HyperOS 3 promises extensive changes, starting with a refreshed UI. Users will see an upgraded look and fresh animations aimed at making system navigation feel smoother. More importantly, the update focuses heavily on system optimization. It aims to fix minor performance issues, such as slight system stutters and battery drain, to ensure peak performance in the long term. Naturally, building on Android 16 also brings all the newest security patches and critical privacy-focused features from the latest platform.
The Chinese variant of the ROM should arrive very soon. Because the global build is now encoded and ready to be sent, international users can hope the update will not lag far behind its Chinese counterpart.
