Xiaomi started the stable HyperOS 3 rollout for global devices in October 2025. So far, the Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15T phones have received the Android 16 update, and now, it seems that the brand has shifted its focus to the Poco smartphones. More specifically, the F7 Ultra has just received the updated global firmware.
For reference, the Poco F7 Ultra was among the first set of global phones that are planned to receive the HyperOS 3 update within November 2025. As for the other Poco-branded smartphones that were on the list, they are as follows:
- Poco F7 (12/512 GB curr. $519 on Amazon)
- Poco F7 Pro
- Poco X7 Pro
- Poco X7 Pro Iron Man Edition
- Poco X7
It's possible that the other Poco phones will start to receive the Android 16 update within the first half of November 2025. Xiaomi has previously announced that it will make HyperOS 3 available soon for a couple of tablets as well. To be specific, the Pad Mini, Pad 7, and Pad 7 Pro are set to receive the updated firmware before December 2025.
Getting back to the update that was just released for Poco F7 Ultra, XiaomiTime notes that it has the version number OS3.0.3.0.WOMEUXM. It has a file size of over 7 GB, but this can vary. A handful of Redmi smartphones are also expected to receive the Android 16 update before the end of November 2025. Check the rollout schedule attached below to learn more.
