Huawei Mate 30 real-life design is captured in new leaked poster
The well-regarded leaker Ice Universe may have spoiled the Huawei Mate 30's real-life looks ahead of its launch. This new tip comes in the form of a poster with convincingly authentic hallmarks, not the least of which is Leica branding. This indicates that the OEM intends to continue this partnership following that which informed the camera design of the P30 series.
Ice Universe may originally have sourced this poster from Weibo; however, the Twitter tipster now claims that all such posts on this site have been removed. This is also his basis for the validity of this new leak. It purports to show the Huawei Mate 30 from the front and back, and may confirm various prior rumors surrounding the phone.
Some consumers may be disappointed to learn that one of these concerns the Mate 30's retention of a notch this year. It is as shallow and lengthy as in a previous screen-protector leak, but is still definitely noticeable and potentially polarizing.
This Mate 30 also exhibits the switch to a round camera module, containing 4 sensors, with which this series has become closely linked. However, this large feature has an almost watch-face-like wide bezel of rear-panel material, and not the thin silver border specified in the majority of pre-existing renders.
Finally, the poster shows that the Mate 30 may have attractive deep green and pale lavender color options to show off on its persistently mysterious launch date.
