Hisense has launched the 2025 QD7 Series Mini LED TVs in the US. This is another model in the company’s 2025 ULED TV range, available in six sizes: 50-inch, 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch, 85-inch and 100-inch.
The new QD7, also known as the QD7QF, arrives with several changes compared to the 2024 QD7N. Firstly, Hisense has switched from a standard LCD screen to a Mini LED screen with full array local dimming. The 50-inch, 55-inch and 65-inch models have a native 60Hz refresh rate with a 240Hz motion rate, while the larger 75-inch, 85-inch and 100-inch variants have a native 144Hz refresh rate with a 480Hz motion rate. They are all compatible with Dolby Vision, Dolby Vision Gaming, HDR10+ and HLG.
Other features include AI 4K upscaling, MEMC motion smoothing, a Game Mode and the Game Bar for quick access to relevant settings. Interestingly, Hisense has chosen to move from Google TV to Fire TV for the 2025 version of the QD7. While the interface is different, it allows you to access many of the same streaming apps and remotely control the TV with Amazon Alexa voice commands. Each model has built-in Dolby Atmos compatible speakers, with audio output powers ranging from 20W to 50W, depending on the size.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0, as well as a range of ports such as Ethernet (LAN) and optical audio out. While the smaller TVs have four HDMI 2.0 ports, the larger sizes have two HDMI 2.0 and two HDMI 2.1. You can now buy the Hisense QD7QF TV in the US, with prices currently starting from $349.99 for the 50-inch model at retailers like Amazon and Best Buy.
