GuliKit Hyperlink 2 connects (almost) any controller to Nintendo Switch 2, PC and Steam Deck for $17

The GuliKit Hyperlink 2 is promoted as a cheaper, smaller alternative to the 8BitDo USB Wireless Adapter 2. The concept is the same, as the dongle connects controllers to the Nintendo Switch or Nintendo Switch 2 that are not natively compatible with Nintendo’s handheld console.
Hyperlink 2 is also compatible with Windows PCs, the Steam Deck (with a corresponding USB-C adapter) and the Steam Machine. On those platforms, the dongle is primarily meant to reduce wireless latency to as little as 2.95 ms, but actual latency will depend on the specific controller. For example, GuliKit lists 5.95 ms for the PlayStation 5 DualSense controller with the dongle, compared with 8 to 30 ms when using a regular Bluetooth connection.
GuliKit Hyperlink 2 is compatible with all Xbox One and Xbox Series controllers, the Sony DualShock 4, DualSense, DualSense Edge and the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller. Users who already own one of these controllers may be able to avoid buying the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller. The dongle also supports vibration and motion controls in some games, and no drivers or apps need to be installed. Once a gamepad is paired with the dongle, it does not need to be paired again when the dongle is moved from one device to another.
Price and availability
The GuliKit Hyperlink 2 is now available for $17 on Amazon. More details on the USB dongle can be found on the manufacturer’s website.
