Google has accidentally leaked a new product in its Google Home range. The Nest Hub Max, which was spotted by Android Police, was featured in the Connected Home section of the tech giant’s website. The information about the Nest Hub Max has now been taken down, but not before it was shared online.
Google’s Nest Hub Max seems to be a larger and more-advanced version of the Home Hub that was unveiled in October last year. Although details about the smart home product have now been removed by Google, Android Police made some handy screenshots to provide us with an idea of what Nest Hub Max is and what it offers.
Apparently, the Nest Hub Max has a 10-inch HD screen (the current Home Hub has a 7-inch display) and stereo speakers. It has a built-in camera, called the Nest Cam, which enables the device to give motion and sensor alerts. The camera will also assist with any calling duties the Nest Hub Max has to carry out, as users will be able to utilize it for Duo video calls.
Unfortunately, no details about price or availability were accidentally leaked along with the Nest Hub Max. It certainly seems like an interesting upgrade over the Google Home Hub device, which is currently being sold for US$129 at the company’s online store.
