Update | Galaxy Unpacked, unleashed: Samsung sets an August 2021 date for the launch of its latest premium devices
Update (2): Samsung has now overtly confirmed Bixby's hints, through the medium of its UK division's official website. This new page also indicates that pre-orders for the products consumers should stand "ready to unfold" are also imminent. Therefore, the Galaxy Z Fold3 and its new premium friends should indeed become official on August 11, 2021.
Update: Samsung appears to have confirmed the date on which Galaxy Unpacked goes live, via an innovative addition to Bixby's responses. The first-party voice assistant reportedly reacts to queries as to when this event will begin by issuing a series of beeps that can be interpreted as Morse code for the date in question.
Original Article: A sizeable body of Samsung leaks revolve around the launch of what might become known as the Galaxy Z Fold3, Z Flip3, Watch4, Watch Active4 and Buds2. These putative devices have a lot in common, not the least that, should they exist as rumored, they will all be unveiled during the next Galaxy Unpacked event. Now, a new report claims the OEM has finally settled on an exact date and time for this show.
Ddaily.kr asserts that its sources are now certain Samsung will soon announce that this livestream will begin on August 11, 2021 at 10:00 EST (16:00 CET). This broadcast should be available from either an official OEM webpage or on YouTube.
The report may be underpinned by a new teaser posted on Twitter. The simple black-and-white text-based trailer contains the hashtags #ZFold3, #ZFlip3, #Watch4 and #Buds2, thereby possibly hinting at the devices to be revealed.
Then again, the validity of this leak has been disputed in its posting by the tipster @Fluffy; admittedly, it does involve a puzzling absence of Watch Active4 references. Then again, this series might be subsumed by the Galaxy Watch4, while the newly-minted Watch4 Classic category represents an upgrade for the higher-end Watch3.
