First OnePlus 11 Pro renders reveal an alert slider and Hasselblad branding for the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 flagship
The OnePlus 11 Pro will succeed the 10 Pro as OnePlus's most premium device. Leaks have already surfaced about the hardware aspirations of the flagship, and the latest report now provides a first look at the design of the OnePlus 11 Pro, well ahead of its launch.
As revealed by OnLeaks, renders of the OnePlus 11 Pro depict the phone with a circular camera module, in a manner a bit similar to that of the Huawei Mate 30 Pro, but moved towards the left. We're not sure what the rationale behind that last part is, as it leaves the OnePlus 11 Pro looking rather unsymmetrical.
Rear design qualms aside, the OnePlus 11 Pro appears to bring back the alert slider. That feature was removed on the OnePlus 10T but appears set to make a re-appearance, perhaps hinting at potential plans to preserve it on the flagship Pro models. Present again is Hasselblad branding on the camera module. OnePlus entered the imaging partnership with Hasselblad on the OnePlus 9 Pro and while it was absent on the 10T, appears to be back on the 11 Pro. How effective it will be remains a different argument, however, although word on the grapevine seems to indicate tangible camera improvements for the OnePlus 11 Pro.
It's unknown when OnePlus plans to debut the OnePlus 11 Pro. Rumors seem to claim it could be among the first devices to launch with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, however. The Qualcomm chipset will launch in November, so there's a chance the OnePlus 11 Pro makes its first appearance in December or January.
