Dell has a new 34-inch monitor that's designed for conference calls. The monitor has a webcam, speakers, and dedicated controls for Microsoft Teams. It also doubles as a hub for all of your peripherals.

Alongside the Dell Pro P 27 USB-C Hub Monitor, Dell also announced a larger monitor called the Pro P 34 USB-C Hub Conferencing Monitor (not to be confused with the Dell Pro P 34 USB-C Hub Webcam Monitor). Not only is this a larger monitor, it also has more features than the Dell Pro P 27 USB-C Hub Monitor.

Some of what makes the Dell Pro P 34 USB-C Hub Conferencing Monitor different from several other monitors is the integrated webcam. Dell says it is a Sony Starvis 5MP QHD camera that provides professional-grade video clarity with HDR. The camera, which can be tilted between 0 to 20°, has auto-framing to keep the user centered during calls.

The Dell Pro P 34 USB-C Hub Conferencing Monitor has capacitive buttons for Teams and call control.

To differentiate it from the Pro P 34 USB-C Hub Webcam Monitor, the Pro P 34 USB-C Hub Conferencing features built-in touch call control buttons such as volume and microphone mute buttons, and a dedicated button for Microsoft Teams on the front of the monitor.

In addition, the Pro P 34 USB-C Hub Conferencing Monitor has two 5W speakers and an AI noise-cancelling microphone. It also has support for Picture-in-Picture, Picture-by-Picture, and USB Keyboard Video Mouse which allows for controlling multiple connected computers with the same mouse, video display, and keyboard.

The Dell Pro P 34 USB-C Hub Conferencing Monitor has a 34.1-inch QHD IPS display with a 3440 × 1440 resolution, and a 100Hz refresh rate. Dell says the monitor is flicker-free, has an anti-glare coating, and a 4-star TUV Rheinland Eye Comfort certification. The monitor also has tilt, swivel, and slant functions. Unfortunately, it can't be rotated 90° into a portrait position.

The Dell Pro P 34 USB-C Hub Conferencing Monitor packs ample ports as a result of its hub functionality.

The monitor also has a hub function with several ports that includes a 1x HDMI port, 1x DisplayPort 1.4, and 1x USB-C 5Gbps upstream port with DisplayPort 1.4 support and Power Delivery up to 90W. The Dell Pro P 34 USB-C Hub Conferencing Monitor also has 1x USB Type-B 5Gbps upstream port, 2x USB Type-A 5Gbps downstream port, 1x USB-C 5Gbps downstream port/s with Power Delivery up to 15W, 1x USB Type-A port with Battery Charging 1.2, 1x Ethernet port, and an AC power port.

The Pro P 34 USB-C Hub Conferencing Monitor is available to buy now for $779.99.
