Reviews for the Dell Venue 10 Pro 5056
Solid. Dell's 10.1-inch Windows tablet comes with an impressive list of features: 128 GB of flash storage, LTE modem, and an IPS display. At 662 g (1.46 lbs), the Venue 10 Pro isn't exactly a lightweight, however.

The Dell Venue 10 Pro 5056 is a solid midsized tablet with decent performance and a bright display. You can turn it into a serviceable laptop, which actually balances on your lap, when you combine the slate with its optional keyboard (together, they start at $618.99). Unfortunately, this device's heft and short battery life sour the 2-in-1 notebook experience.

There's still not many reasons why you'd buy a Windows tablet rather than an iPad or Android tablet. They don’t offer the same performance, app range and general touchscreen ease of use. However, with the Venue 10 Pro 5056 Dell has created a surprisingly compelling offering.

The Dell Venue 10 Pro 5056 doesn't really seem like a tablet of 2016. A conservative design, non-aggressive price and entry-level power mean it struggles to ignite much gadgety lust when there are much cheaper hybrids available that include the keyboard.

The Venue 10 Pro 5056 boasts solid performance and battery life, making this a Windows 10 device worth considering for the mobile professional who can’t quite stretch to the Surface Book or Surface Pro 4’s asking price. You’ll need to grab the optional keyboard dock for the full experience, however, while the thick and hefty design means it’s not too comfortable to use as a tablet.

This is a standard display format for tablet computers or small convertibles. You see more on the screen than on a smartphone but you can't use big resolutions well. On the other hand, mobility is not a problem.

72.91%: This rating is poor. More than three quarters of the models are rated better. That is rather not a purchase recommendation. Even if verbal ratings in this area do not sound that bad ("sufficient" or "satisfactory"), they are usually euphemisms that disguise a classification as a below-average laptop.
