The Dell Inspiron 15 7537-7697 is a beautifully crafted laptop with superior build quality if users can live with the marginal extra weight. The silver colored laptop is mostly from metal alloy and has pronounced straight edges with diamond cut bevels and rounded corners. The backlit island-style full keyboard has a good haptics. There is a beautiful 15.6 inch LED backlit display with Truelife technology and HD resolution. At the heart of the device is an 4th Generation Intel Core i5-4210U dual-core processor clocked at 1.6 GHz, 6 GB dual channel DDR3L 1600 MHz RAM, and a 1 TB hard disk.
Graphics on the Dell Inspiron 15 7537-7697 is an Nvidia GeForce GT 750M with 2 GB GDDR5 VRAM. Graphics switching to the integrated Intel HD Graphics 4400 is possible for saving energy. Audio on the laptop is good with stereo speakers using Waves MaxxAudio Pro processing technology. Other features include 4 USB 3.0 ports, HDMI, a multi-format card reader and an Intel Dual Band Wireless-N WiFi adapter with Bluetooth 4.0 combo.
There is also an integrated 1.0 MP widescreen HD webcam with noise-cancelling dual digital array microphones. The Windows 8.1 64-bit system weighs around 2.6 kg with the Lithium-ion battery, which is on the heavy side for some users looking for portability.
NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M: Upper mid-range graphics card of the GeForce GT 700M series. Based on the Kepler architecture and manufactured by TSMC in a 28nm process.
Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.

15-inch display variants are the standard and are used for more than half of all laptops.
The reason for the popularity of mid-sized displays is that this size is reasonably easy on the eyes, often allows high resolutions and thus offers rich details on the screen, yet does not consume too much power and the devices can still be reasonably compact - simply the standard compromise.

With this weight, a laptop is rather heavier than average. Devices in this range shine more with screen size and performance than with mobility.
