Crowdfunding successful: Powerful gaming handheld with up to 128 GB RAM, optional water cooling and replaceable battery now available for pre-order

Following a highly successful crowdfunding campaign, the OneXplayer OneXfly Apex handheld is now available for pre-order directly from the manufacturer at a price of at least $1,699. Shipping is scheduled for February 10, and potential buyers should familiarize themselves with the shipping conditions beforehand. For this price, customers will receive the base model with the AMD Ryzen AI Max 385 processor and without water cooling. This model is priced at $1,958, and the necessary Frost Bay unit is also included. Water cooling can also be used situationally.

The standard version comes with 32 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and a 1 TB M.2 2280 SSD. These specs can be further expanded for an additional charge all the way up to the top model with an AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395, 128 GB of RAM and an 2 TB SSD.

A special feature is the replaceable 85 Wh battery, so charging on the go does not necessarily have to be done using a power bank. The screen has a resolution of 1,920 x 1,200, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and supports VRR. The standard model weighs around 699 grams, plus around 380 grams for the battery, while the variants with water cooling weigh 70 grams more. Further details can be found on the product page.
