Citizen unveils new Promaster Seahawk diver inspired by the MH-60R helicopter

Citizen has teamed up with the US aircraft manufacturer Sikorsky once again to produce a new special edition Promaster diver’s watch. The duo’s earlier collabs gave us two professional-grade Nighthawk pilot watches with attention-grabbing dials jam-packed with cockpit instrument-inspired details. The new Promaster Seahawk X Sikorsky is more muted and stealthy in comparison.

Drawing direct inspiration from the Sikorsky MH-60R—a renowned search and rescue helicopter built for maritime dominance—this new special edition (BN0207-06H) features a tactical monochromatic gray theme that is broken up only by a bright orange seconds hand. The gray dial is paired with a matching polyurethane band and topped with a black bezel.

The BN0207-06H rocks a 43.5mm titanium case, with a shatter-resistant mineral crystal protecting the dial. A date window sits neatly at 3 o'clock, while oversized luminous hour markers and broad hands ensure the dial remains easy to read underwater and in low-light conditions. Flipping the watch over reveals a screw-down caseback with an illustration of the MH-60R chopper along with the text "SEARCH AND RESCUE" and the Sikorsky logo.

Citizen’s E168 Eco-Drive movement takes care of the power needs and keeps the battery charged up using both artificial and natural light. And as you'd expect from a Promaster diver, the watch is fully ISO-certified for scuba diving with 200 meters of water resistance.

The Promaster Seahawk X Sikorsky (BN0207-06H) is available in the US starting today for $575 from Citizen's online store. It ships in a custom gray Promaster tackle box accented with bright orange latches. It's unclear when, if ever, Citizen plans to release this watch in other markets.
