Citizen has officially launched the Star Wars Duel 2.0 watch in the UK market. Priced at £249, the 42mm Eco-Drive timepiece features a Cloud City duel design and luminous lightsaber accents. It is expectedly slated for a mid-2026 release in other markets, like the US.

Citizen has listed a new Star Wars thematic watch on its UK storefront. Known as the Star Wars Duel 2.0 (or reference AW0160-09W), the timepiece retails for £249.00. This comes shortly after we had recent sightings of the same model at US retailers, where it carries a $350 price tag.

The dial displays a graphic of the iconic duel between Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader on Cloud City from The Empire Strikes Back. A silhouette of Skywalker is visible at the six o’clock position, while Vader’s helmet is present at the top of the dial. The watch uses red and blue hands to represent their lightsabers, which are further complemented by matching strap keepers on the black leather band.

Technical specifications zero down on the J800 Eco-Drive movement. This ring solar caliber lets the watch charge from any light source, so there's essentially no need for battery replacements. The 42 mm brushed stainless steel case is rated for 100 meters of water resistance, which makes it suitable for swimming or snorkeling if you'd like.

The case back also features an engraving of crossed lightsabers along with the quote "It is your destiny." While currently available for order in the UK, past US listings indicate that the model is originally intended as a Father’s Day release, which means we could see wider global availability by mid-June 2026.
