Casio’s new LF-30W-1A watch is now available in more European countries like the Netherlands, Spain and Germany. This watch leaked in April 2025 and was subsequently launched in the UK and the US.
You can now buy the LF-30W-1A watch for €34.90 at the Casio Online Store. In the US and the UK, there are three other versions of this LF-30W watch: the LF-30W-2 (blue), LF-30W-3A (green), and LF-30W-8A (white). It is unclear why these other colorways have not been officially released in Europe at this time.
The Casio LF-30W has the same square design as the older LF-20W, with a black resin casing and strap. It shares many features with its predecessor, such as support for four time zones, a 1/100 second stopwatch and a countdown timer with a 24-hour range. There are also five daily alarms and an amber LED backlight, with the splash-resistant watches expected to run for three years on the replaceable CR1616 battery.
Where the LF30W and LF20W differ is with the display. The new model has a larger segment at the bottom, showing the time in your selected zone as well as the weekday and date. Above this are three indicator segments linked to the mute, alarm and hourly time signal functions. Plus, in the top right corner is a map indicating which time zone the watch is currently set to. The Casio LF-30W-1A measures 37.8 x 33.7 x 8.6 mm (~1.5 x 1.3 x 0.3 inches) and weighs 23 g (~0.8 oz).
