The Casio Oceanus OCWS7000E-2A Manta watch has appeared at the brand’s online store in the US. This model launched alongside three others in the Manta S7000 Series in Japan in May, where it is known as the OCW-S7000E-2A.
Casio has yet to officially reveal the price of the Oceanus OCWS7000E-2A Manta watches for the US market. However, the page’s HTML suggests that it will cost $1,800. It seems that this is not a placeholder price, given that the OCW-S7000E-2A is priced at ¥203,500 (~$1,405) in Japan. The product listing states that the watch will be released in June 2025, though an exact date is not given.
The Casio OCWS7000E-2A is said to have “high-quality finishes” with a titanium casing and band, sapphire crystal and a sapphire bezel ring. Both the watch dial and the bezel have a light blue deposition, with the watch measuring 47.5 x 42.8 x 9.5 mm (~1.9 x 1.7 x 0.4 inches) and weighing 83 g (~2.9 oz). It is water resistant to 100 m, and the bezel features a tachymeter, helping you to measure your speed.
Other features of the new radio-controlled (Multiband 6) Oceanus watch include Bluetooth connectivity, for settings and tools in the Casio Watches app, and a 1-second stopwatch. There is support for world time, with a choice of 38 time zones and a day-month indicator. Tough Solar charging is combined with Power Saving mode for an over 19-month battery life estimate.
It remains to be seen whether the other three new Manta S7000 Series watches will also be released in the US or whether any of these products will reach Europe.
