Affordable Casio AQ-S820W watches now available in Europe
The Casio AQ-S820W-1AV and AQ-S820W-3BV watches are now available in Europe. These watches were first spotted in April 2025 and have since been released in the US. The company describes them as being “inspired by the design of aircraft instrument panels”.
At the Casio online store in countries like the Netherlands, Spain and Germany, you can now buy these AQ-S820W watches for €59.90 each. In the UK, they are available for £54.90 on the Casio website.
The AQ-S820W is a standard Casio watch with a black watch dial. There is a small inset digital display showing the date, day and time in your chosen time zone. Other features include dual countdown timers, a stopwatch and five daily alarms. An amber LED backlight helps you to read the watch when it gets dark, and the watch is said to be water resistant to 100 m. Plus, Tough Solar charging can be used to extend the runtime beyond the 10 month estimate.
Casio’s AQ-S820W-1AV has a black resin casing and strap with a light background digital display, while the AQ-S820W-3BV has a khaki resin casing and strap with a dark background for the digital display. The rugged watch measures 52.5 x 50.1 x 12.7 mm (~2.1 x 1.0 x 0.5 inches) and weighs 46 g (~1.6 oz).
In the US, there is a third beige tan variant, model number AQ-S820W-5AV; it is unclear why this watch is not available in Europe at this time.
